A NOTE ON INSURANCE: We are not currently contracted with insurance companies, Medicare or Medicaid for treatment; working with clients on an in-depth level as we do is simply not reimbursed by insurance companies. However, I can provide a superbill/medical receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for attempted out of network reimbursement. If you have an HSA or an FSA with your insurer, you may be able to use these funds for appointments, certain integrative labs, supplements or other treatments in our office. 

Please note that for many of the services provided, insurance may not cover these fully. Some of the laboratory services that may be recommended MAY be covered by insurance, and some may not be or you may have a copayment due to the lab for certain labs or amounts. PLEASE check your coverage and policy first to avoid any confusion; any information about insurance coverage and costs is your responsibility as the insurance consumer. I encourage you to talk with your insurer about coverage if you have additional questions. ​

We do not provide emergency services, walk in services, or after hours triage. In these cases, we recommend visiting an Urgent Care clinic or Emergency Room as appropriate.
